Trumbull County needs administrator

DEAR EDITOR: Trumbull County has been mismanaged from top to bottom for years, and that’s the reason it should have an administrator. We find out the Sheriff’s Department is underfunded, the jail needs a new boiler, and now the water department. The commissioners have made Trumbull County a laughingstock, and heads should roll.
