Wilson II, 36, of Fifth Street SW pleaded not guilty at his arraignment Monday in Warren Municipal Court on misdemeanor charges of aggravated menacing, using weapons while intoxicated and discharging firearms on school premises, in a school building or within 1,000 feet of the boundary. The Justice Department announced Monday that it has filed a lawsuit against the owner and manager of rental properties in the Girard area, alleging he engaged in sexual harassment and retaliation in violation of the Fair Housing Act. WARREN — A city man told police that after a car crashed into him behind the Elm Road Plaza on Friday night, he tried to follow the vehicle to get a license plate number, but the driver of the other vehicle did a U-turn into the Elm Road Plaza and “swerved into (the victim’s) vehicle.” A police officer spoke to the victim of the 10:30 p.m. incident.
