Women’s History Month is in March. Various events in the Mahoning Valley are planned to celebrate the works and achievements of women. • March 1-31 During Women’s History Month, the Struthers Library, 95 Poland Ave., will hold “Women’s History Month Dress Up and Learn. Costumes of influential women throughout history will be available. Children can dress up and have a picture taken.
