Newton officials pleased with Scott Street resolution

NEWTON TOWNSHIP — Township officials said they are satisfied with the action taken by New Falls village council to not require residents on Scott Street to annex into the village to receive sanitary sewer service. Trustee John Nemet said at their meeting Monday that the motion passed by village council will help the residents who are part of the sanitary sewer project in its second phase. No formal search party for missing Vienna teen

VIENNA — A Vienna teenager went missing again over the weekend, and the search for him will take a different route. According to police Chief Dan Adkins on Monday afternoon, the search for 17-year-old Landyn Zagorski has been turned over to the Trumbull County Sheriff’s Department, which took a runaway juvenile report. Adkins noted that Zagorski has “quite the history” of running away, and law enforcement can’t call for assistance every time he goes missing, adding that he’s run away five times.
