BAZETTA COMMUNITY DAY: The Bazetta Township Community Fun Family Day will be 1 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the township park, 2025 Wilson Sharpsville Road. WARREN — A Hiram man said he went out Tuesday night to celebrate his 20th birthday, but ended up with two felony charges, a drunken driving charge and a badly damaged truck. Billy A. WARREN — A city man reported being robbed of his electric bicycle on Bonnie Brae Avenue NE near Cornell Street on Wednesday morning. HOWLAND — A vacant township property could soon be wiped clean, thanks to funding from a state program for which officials signed up the township. Trustees at Wednesday’s meeting approved a resolution declaring a Niles Road structure a public nuisance and authorizing its demolition through the Trumbull County Land Reutilization Corporation, also known as the Trumbull County Land Bank.
