LIBERTY — Township police are looking for a suspect in a Saturday morning chase that ended with the vehicle entering a wooded area out of reach. According to a police report, an officer was exiting state Route 11 onto Tibbetts Wick Road, when he noticed a dark-colored side-by-side ATV traveling eastbound at a high rate of speed, noting that there were multiple vehicles in the area and the driving was extremely reckless. Taylor Fresh Foods, parent company of Taylor Farms, is voluntarily recalling some products that include jalapenos because of worries about a possible salmonella contamination. Warren police responded to two separate shootings that left two male victims with “serious injuries” over the weekend. Officers were dispatched just after 10 p.m. Saturday to the 600 block of Ohio Avenue NW after reports of a shooting.
