Warren police responded to two separate shootings that left two male victims with "serious injuries" over the weekend.
Officers were dispatched just after 10 p.m. Saturday to the 600 block of Ohio Avenue NW after reports of a shooting.
On arrival, the report said police found one man with multiple gunshot wounds, including injuries to the leg, abdomen and neck, according to a police report. The man was taken by ambulance to St. Joseph Warren Hospital for treatment.
About five hours later, at 2:58 a.m. Sunday officers responded to the 1500 block of Parkman Road NW near a gas station following reports of shots fired.
The report said an unknown caller reported someone had been shot. Police located one man with a gunshot wound who was transported to St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital for further medical treatment, according to a police news release.
No further details on the circumstances of either incident or the condition of the victims were immediately available.
