Trumbull County officials warn of potential measles exposure

Because Ashtabula County residents with measles were at a July 18 horse sale auction in Bloomfield, the Trumbull County Combined Health District is warning of a potential exposure to what it calls “a highly contagious respiratory virus.” The Ashtabula County Health Department confirmed two measles cases in the county. MECCA — For the second time, township trustees will rebid the township hall project that has been scaled down. Trustee Chairman Tom Domes said trustees decided at the July meeting to proceed with rebidding the project with several project adjustments made to the plans. Staff report WARREN — A city man acquitted of attempted murder and felonious assault charges in June of 2021 was among 29 people indicted Thursday by a Trumbull County grand jury.
