Man accused of inducing panic at city festival
WARREN — A Warren man was arrested during the Trumbull County African American Heritage Festival Saturday evening after reports that he had a gun. Robert Harvey, 52, pleaded not guilty to a charge of inducing panic in front of Warren Municipal Court Judge Natasha Natale Monday morning. According to a police report, an officer standing in the area of West Market and Main streets was approached by a witness who said a man had a gun in his hand and a woman who asked if officers were going to do something about a guy with a gun.
