WARREN - The Ohio Board of Pharmacy today announced the medical marijuana dispensary in Warren was awarded its certificate to operate. The license for gLeaf Medical Cannabis, 2932 Youngstown Warren Road, is the 13th in Ohio the board, which oversees dispensaries, has awarded. The facility is the only dispensary in Trumbull County. Tribune Chronicle WARREN — United Auto Workers International today filed a lawsuit against General Motors claiming the automaker is violating terms of an agreement with the union by "unallocating" three U.S. plants, including Lordstown, before the UAW's contract expires in September.
