WARREN -- The first medical marijuana dispensary in Trumbull and Mahoning counties is open for business.
The store, gLeaf Medical Cannabis on Youngstown Road SE, formally opened at 10 a.m. today after have a soft launch earlier this week. It served pre-scheduled customers starting Tuesday and is now open to all customer with a medical marijuana card from the state and recommendation from a doctor.
The store’s general manager, A.J. Caraballo, spoke with media and provided a tour of the building before a ribbon cutting with employees.
Now available in Ohio are marijuana flowers, but oils, tinctures and other processed forms of the plant should be available soon.
