NILES -- Police at this hour are removing two bodies from a home at 541 Henry St. SE in what is being described as an apparent murder-suicide.
Police were called to the home shortly before noon by the son of the deceased couple. He told police that he hadn’t heard from his parents in a while, so he stopped at the home to check on them. He found the bodies.
Police have not released names of the victims. A Tribune Chronicle reporter is on the scene. Additional details will be posted.
