Stormy Daniels news stories just aren’t adding up

DEAR EDITOR: The year was 2016, and a scandal was brewing around a trust supposedly between candidate Donald Trump and Stephanie Clifford, aka Stormy Daniels. I remember the news reporting from the scene of the impropriety. The reporting took place outside the gate of a hotel in Beverly Hills. DEAR EDITOR: I do not want the United States to acquire Greenland or the Panama Canal, especially through our military or economic strength. I do not want the nation of Canada to be annexed as the 51st state. I am horrified to hear that the new Trump administration has even suggested such oligarchic maneuvers. DEAR EDITOR: It was reported today that New Trumbull County Engineer David DeChristofaro is “considering” hiring former Commissioner Mauro Cantalamessa to be his office’s director of Governmental Affairs and Special Projects. This position is currently held by one Stanley Bell, who is requesting to be transferred to a lower-paying position as a sewer line maintenance crew assistant in the Trumbull County Sanitary Engineer’s Department. DEAR EDITOR: As the new year begins, our nation faces an unprecedented moment: in a few days; we will be led by a convicted felon. Were he not the president, he wouldn’t even be allowed inside the White House, as most felons are barred from admission. The recent election revealed how deeply divided we are as a country.
