DEAR EDITOR: I’m very concerned that our Republican members of Congress are unwilling to stand up for victims of sexual abuse. I wonder how many of these idle Republican members would want the first sexual experience of their daughter, especially a 14-year-old daughter, to be at the hands of adult men and a woman. These perpetrators victimized, drugged and exploited these young girls. Trump and his abetting followers aren’t above the law. So after decades of people driving through the school zone in Newton Falls, it all of a sudden has become a safety concern. Where was this concern from people five or 10 years ago. A child can get kill just as easy by a car doing the speed limit. And what happens once the kids leave the school zone. Why not park a police car right by the school entrance. DEAR EDITOR: The Ohio General Assembly has under consideration the “Ohio SAVE Act”. It’s an attack on our voting rights and on our right to amend the Ohio Constitution.
