He leaves his wife of 64 years, Rosemary and family, Patricia Blessing and Thomas Roesch and Eveleen Blessing; and grandchildren, Alexander, Abigail and Gina Roesch and Lena and Erin Blessing. He was preceded in death by his son, Richard Blessing Jr. Funeral services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Friday, July 17, 2026, at the Church of the Incarnation, Centerville. (special notice)
