MINERAL RIDGE — Charles Thomas Muir, 35, died unexpectedly Thursday morning, June 22, 2017, at his home. Charles was born Oct. 31, 1981, in Warren, the son of Richard and Suzanne McMaster Muir. Tommy was working as a carpet installer for a local company. Besides his parents of Mineral Ridge, Tommy leaves two daughters, Briana and McKenna; three sisters, Brenda of North Carolina, and Sherry and Michelle, both of Mineral Ridge; and one brother, Mike of McDonald. Arraangements were handled by Lane Funeral Home, Mineral Ridge Chapel.

NILES — Judith Kay Mendoza, 73, of Niles, died Tuesday, June 27, 2017, at her residence. Judy was born Dec. 14, 1943, in Warren, a daughter of Maxwell and Ruth Bailey Allen. She was an RN and was a traveling nurse. Judy was also an ordained minister. She is survived by two daughters, Nicole Scullen of Campbell and Andrea Phelps of Niles; two sons, Daniel Phelps and Alexander Scott Allen, both of Niles; two brothers, William Allen of Cortland and James Allen of Warren; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
