NILES -- Judith Kay Mendoza, 73, of Niles, died Tuesday, June 27, 2017, at her residence.
Judy was born Dec. 14, 1943, in Warren, a daughter of Maxwell and Ruth Bailey Allen.
She was an RN and was a traveling nurse. Judy was also an ordained minister.
She is survived by two daughters, Nicole Scullen of Campbell and Andrea Phelps of Niles; two sons, Daniel Phelps and Alexander Scott Allen, both of Niles; two brothers, William Allen of Cortland and James Allen of Warren; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents.
