Reward offered in Niles death probe
NILES — Police here have partnered with Crimestoppers in Youngstown to try to further the investigation into the October 2016 death of an elderly woman inside her Hiram Street home. The agencies announced Tuesday there is now a $10,000 reward leading to the arrest and conviction of persons involved in the death of Arlene Frasca, 74.
