Dog found dead in Warren yard
WARREN — The Healthy Hearts and Paws Project’s Humane Division, alongside animal control for Warren and the Trumbull County Sheriff’s Office, responded to a call of a chained-up dog in distress at a residence on Central Parkway SE. A posting on the Healthy Hearts and Paws social media site said the callers stated the dog was pacing frantically in temperatures of 98 degrees. When crews arrived, the dog was found lying on its side and unresponsive.
