HOWLAND — Alex Cornicelli has been appointed to fill an opening on the Howland Park Board with the recent death of Allen Seman, who served for several years. WARREN — A Leavittsburg man was sentenced Tuesday to two-to-three-years in prison in a child pornography case. Allan Patchin, 36, of Burwell Road, also was declared a Tier 2 sex offender by Trumbull County Common Pleas Court Judge Sarah Kovoor, meaning he will have to register his address with the local sheriff every six months for 25 years after he is released from prison.
