KINSMAN — After 15 years of service as a township trustee, Greg Leonhard is stepping down for a job with the Trumbull County Sheriff’s Office. WARREN — City police are investigating after receiving a report that a man was hit in the head with a hammer. According to a police report, dispatchers told an officer that the Mercy Health Police Department was on a foot chase for a suspect who hit someone in the head with a hammer on Friday, and after speaking with another officer, learned that the suspect disappeared north of the cancer treatment center.
