WARREN TOWNSHIP — William Blair, 49, of Leavittsburg, was pronounced dead at the scene of a Tuesday night accident on Tod Avenue (state Route 45) near 8th Street. Blair lost control of the electric bike he was riding and fell off the bike around 9:10 p.m, the Ohio State Highway Patrol reported in a news release from the Southington post.
