Was there ever any doubt that the lackey-toads in the Republican Party would fall in line and do whatever their leader asked them to do? DEAR EDITOR: If not now, when? Best to wait two weeks to see if Iran will commit to a deal. This has been going on for 46 years, since Iran took hostages in 1979 ­— I still have that newspaper flag that I hung on my window until they were released. DEAR EDITOR: If Trumbull County worries that the property-tax bill will shrink the budget that is under consideration, maybe this is long-overdue?
