DEAR EDITOR: I am writing today to urge the residents of Warren to retain Judge Natasha Natale as our municipal court judge. We truly have a chance to keep a judge who is not only highly qualified and experienced, but who also goes above and beyond to serve our community. DEAR EDITOR: As a Warren resident committed to government transparency, I urge City Council to stand by its responsibility to the public and its reopening of Dana Street. The original promise made by Auto ParkIt owner Chris Allan included the creation of thousands of manufacturing jobs for our city, a pledge that remains unfulfilled after nearly a decade. DEAR EDITOR: Judge Andrew Napolitano’s weekly (“weakly”) argued opinion in the Vindicator’s Sept. 27-28 edition again presented an articulation of erroneous procedural facts and substantive mischaracterization of the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in a recent Immigration case. He correctly characterizes the Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, to prohibit an unreasonable governmental search of a person’s papers, but accuracy ends there. Orchid to Judge Natasha Natale for going outside her chambers and into the community for “Steering Clear Warren.” The program allows those with a suspended license to understand their suspension and how they can get their license reinstated. Drivers can regain their licenses, so they may drive to work or school. Additionally, it keeps people with suspended licenses from continuously driving — which will lead to further penalty under the law.
