WESTERVILLE — Frank E. “Gene” Binko, 90, formerly of Warren, passed away Thursday, Feb. 26, 2026, at Mount Carmel St. Ann’s Hospital. Gene was born Jan. 19, 1936, in Levittsburg, the son of Frank and Anna Pehanich Binko. Gene graduated from Warren G. Harding High School in December 1954 and graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in economics in 1958.
