Rosemarie Burk 1934-2026

She was born May 4, 1934, in Warren, the daughter of the late Nicholas Renato and Henrietta Michaels.

Rosemarie dedicated her life to her family as a homemaker, a role she cherished deeply. She was known for her fun / feisty nature. She was a big bowler and loved car cruises. She was in the auxiliary Fireladies of Weathersfield / Mineral Ridge, alongside her husband, Robert Burk Sr., with whom she shared 73 wonderful years of marriage. She was also known for her simple, caring nature. She found joy in making anyone laugh and smile and spending time with her family and those she loved.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Burk Sr.; daughters, Lori (Larry) Ciavarella of Mineral Ridge and Susan (Shawn Smith) Ciavarella of Youngstown; her son, Robert Burk Jr. (Robbin) of Warren; and her grandchildren, Joey, Terri, Nick, Phil and John. She also leaves 12 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Rosemarie was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Holly Burk.

Calling hours will be 4 to 6 p.m. Monday, April 6, 2026, with a funeral service following at 6 p.m., at Staton-Borowski Funeral Home, 962 North Road NE, Warren, OH 44483. Services will be officiated by the Rev. Richard Murphy.
