Toshiko K. Phillips 1939-2025

She was born March 16, 1939, in Tokyo, Japan.

She worked as a housekeeper.

Survivors include her children, Bobbie Cummings of Memphis, Tennessee, Michelle Loy of Vienna, Terrisa Boyles of Warren and Barry Wenink of Fayetteville, North Carolina; 10 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one granddaughter.

Private interment will take place at a later date in Pineview Memorial Park.
