WARREN — Warren police dispersed a large after-hours gathering of more than 30 people, many of them juveniles at Burbank Park early Sunday and issued dozens of citations and arrests for criminal trespass. According to a Warren police report officers responded around 1:36 a.m. July 26 after receiving a report of 20 to 30 juveniles and multiple vehicles in the park in the 300 block of Olian Avenue NW after closing time. CHAMPION — The Township Police Department is investigating vandalism at a local golf course, including damage to several golf carts and to a green on one of the holes. Police Chief Larry Skaggs said the department received a call Wednesday from the owner of Cranberry Hills Golf Course, 4891 Clovercrest Drive, of criminal damage at the business.
