WARREN — The Trumbull County Commissioners on Wednesday approved moving $325,000 from Trumbull Neighborhood Partnership’s demolition funds to its Emergency Home Repair program. ‘Mo Musky’ mural will be unveiled Thursday

Staff report WARREN — Drivers crossing the Summit Street bridge may have already begun noticing Warren’s newest resident, “Mo’ Musky,” a 100-foot mural painted by Warren artist Aaron Chine. It overlooks the Mahoning River from the retaining wall at Mahoningside, greeting more than 9,000 motorists each day. The city will unveil the mural at 4 p.m. Thursday.
