Man indicted in trooper’s death pleads not guilty
YOUNGSTOWN — Ryan Rach, 36, who was indicted last week on a charge of aggravated vehicular homicide in the Oct. 16 crash that killed Ohio State Highway Patrol Trooper Nicholas Cayton, was arraigned on the charges Monday morning in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court.
