Commissioners look at excavation accidents
WARREN — Finding ways to reduce the dangers of placing a new generation of fiber optic cabling throughout the county in ways that will not endanger residents and require greater responsibility from installers was the topic of a more than two-hour meeting Tuesday at the Trumbull County Commissioners hearing room.
