WARREN — Vienna Trustee Phil Pegg sought to defend the work of the Trumbull County Water Advisory Board at Tuesday’s Trumbull County Commissioners workshop. Staff report WARREN — A woman was bitten on her left arm by a dog at a Warren animal shelter earlier this month, according to a Warren police report. The call reporting the serious dog bite came in shortly after 7 p.m. on July 9. Dispatchers on the report noted a second simultaneous call on another line. The initial caller hung up to contact Healthy Hearts and Paws owner Jason Cooke while reporting that the victim had a towel on the injury. ‘Mo Musky’ mural will be unveiled Thursday

Staff report WARREN — Drivers crossing the Summit Street bridge may have already begun noticing Warren’s newest resident, “Mo’ Musky,” a 100-foot mural painted by Warren artist Aaron Chine. It overlooks the Mahoning River from the retaining wall at Mahoningside, greeting more than 9,000 motorists each day. The city will unveil the mural at 4 p.m. Thursday.
