HOWLAND — The deadline to fall into line with a requirement that made headlines throughout the state in 2025 is getting closer, but Howland will not have to worry about it anymore, thanks to a pair of resolutions. YOUNGSTOWN — Simply Slavic, billed as Ohio’s premier celebration of Slavic culture and heritage, is preparing for its 15th anniversary festival — a milestone the nonprofit is marking by expanding to three days of programming for the first time.
