BAZETTA — Township trustees on Tuesday unanimously denied a request to rezone a 3.81-acre residential parcel along Elm Road for commercial use. WARREN — State Attorney General Dave Yost is suing a Mahoning Valley contractor whom he alleges failed to complete home upgrades after accepting large down payments from customers.
