WARREN — Three people were sentenced to various prison terms in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court last week for various crimes. They include: • Xavier T. Arrington, 20, of Wood Avenue, Niles, who received a 21-month prison sentence, including a one-year mandatory term for a firearm specification, after pleading guilty in May to a third-degree felony of discharge of a firearm on/near prohibited premises.
