Court doles out prison terms

WARREN — Three people were sentenced to various prison terms in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court last week for various crimes. They include: • Xavier T. Arrington, 20, of Wood Avenue, Niles, who received a 21-month prison sentence, including a one-year mandatory term for a firearm specification, after pleading guilty in May to a third-degree felony of discharge of a firearm on/near prohibited premises. Arrington was credited by Judge Sean O’Brien for already serving 172 days in jail. He originally also was charged with having weapons under disability and inducing panic. ...
