WARREN -- A Trumbull County grand jury recently returned 35 indictments. The following cases will have arraignments scheduled with the case-assigned judge during their weekly criminal day within the next week:
• Eugene E. Lockney III, 48, Vine Avenue NE, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs tampering with evidence and possessing drug abuse instruments.
• Tyreese Lawrence, 25, Parkman Road SW, Warren, tampering with evidence and failure to stop after an accident.
• Nicholas A. Thom, 47, State Street NE, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs, possession of a fentanyl-related compound and obstructing official business.
• Nicholas G. Steinbeck, 21, Adrian Drive, Warren, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and OVI.
• Phillip P. Shimko, 30, Sheridan Avenue NE, Warren, attempted trespass in a habitation when a person is likely to be present, possession of a fentanyl-related compound and failure to disclose personal information.
• Brandice Shaffer, 45, Halls Heights Avenue, Youngstown, possession of cocaine, possession of heroin and possession of a fentanyl-related compound.
• Priscilla Miller, 45, South Bentley Street, Niles, possession of a fentanyl-related compound.
• William T. Williams, 51, Martin Street SW, Warren, burglary with repeat violent offender specification, assault and obstructing official business.
• Johnny A. Kline Jr., 45, Oak Street SW, Warren, domestic violence.
• Andrew Nichols, 40, East Main Street, Newton Falls, possession of cocaine.
• Emiya Cofield, 28, Woodbine Avenue, Warren, OVI with a vehicle forfeiture specification.
• Devin S. Grossbeck, 32, Solar Street NW, Warren, aggravated burglary and two counts of domestic violence.
• Aaron M. Salter, 43, Hoyt Street SW, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs.
• Ronald Benden Jr., 53, Iowa Avenue, Niles, possession of cocaine.
• Kimberly M. Slipski, 49, Cumberland Drive, Youngstown, aggravated possession of drugs.
• Steven F. Pounds, 44, Gates Road East, Middlefield, aggravated possession of drugs.
• Melissa D. Fletcher,33, Abbey Street, Girard, possession of heroin and possession of cocaine.

• Vincent M. Milone, 19, Fairgreen Street NE, Warren, 17 counts pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, and three counts illegal use of minor in nudity-oriented material/performance.
