Warren responds to 2 house fires
The Warren Fire Department was called out early in the morning on two days for two separate house fires.
A fire department spokesman said the first house fire was at 6 a.m. Friday on Nevada Avenue.
The spokesman said five people living in the home were able to get out but were taken to the hospital to be checked for smoke inhalation.
He said there were no injuries but the home was destroyed.
The second fire was 4 a.m. Sunday on Taylor Street where a home was also destroyed by a fire. There were no injuries reported.
Both fires are under investigation for causes.
