The Ohio Department of Transportation has announced several road closures and adjustments in Trumbull County starting next week.

• Starting in the evening April 6 and continuing through the morning of April 14, the following Interstate 80 ramps will be closed between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. for pedestrian bridge repairs: I-80 west to U.S. 422 in Girard. The detour will be state Route 711 to Gypsy Lane to Route 422; and Route 422 west to I-80 east. The detour will be Route 711 to I-80.

Also starting April 6, the pedestrian bridge over I-80 just east of Route 422 will be closed through April13. The pedestrian detour will utilize Maple Avenue to Route 422 to Morris Avenue.

• I-80 eastbound just west of the Pennsylvania State line in Hubbard has various lane restrictions for a pavement replacement project being overseen by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. Motorists should expect delays in this area.
