Grand jury indicts 48 in Trumbull County

WARREN — A Trumbull County grand jury on Thursday returned 48 indictments.

The following cases will have arraignments scheduled with the case-assigned judge during their weekly criminal day within the next two weeks:

• Jonah R. Cole, 52, Iowa Avenue NW, Warren, two counts of having weapons while under disability, carrying concealed weapons, tampering with evidence and obstructing official business.

• Gabriel Deay, 21, Harmon Avenue, Niles, aggravated possession of drugs.

• Christopher Lipinsky, 42, Andover, two counts of aggravated possession of drugs and possession of cocaine.

• Alma J. Clark, 51, Nash Avenue, Niles, forgery and passing bad checks.

• Andre Atwater, 31, Lakeside Drive, Mineral Ridge, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer, two counts each of having weapons while under disability and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, and illegal use/possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

• Zachary M. Reed, 31, Summit Avenue, Niles, 11 counts of theft from a person in a protected class, grand theft and forgery.

• Joseph Raymond Hall Jr., 19, Willow Drive SW, Warren, having weapons while under disability, tampering with evidence, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and obstructing official business.

• Jace M. Greathouse, 18, Weir Road NE, Warren, improperly discharging a firearm at/or into habitation or school safety zone with a three-year firearm specification.

• Michael Fairclough, 36, Hamilton Road, East Palestine, tampering with evidence, two counts of assault, OVI with a vehicle forfeiture specification, obstructing official business and resisting arrest, a misdemeanor.

• David R. Sadowski, 48, Rosemary Avenue, Southington, illegal conveyance of drugs onto grounds of a specified governmental facility, possession of a fentanyl-related compound and driving under suspension, a misdemeanor.

• Kurt J. Eckenrode, 44, Chapel Hill Drive NW, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs.

• Avery L. Patterson, 28, Stewart Drive, Warren, having weapons while under disability.

• Delano T. Fambro, 49, Van Wye Street SE, Warren, having weapons while under disability.

• Robert Gore, 45, Harvard Drive SE, Warren, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, and OVI with repeat OVI specification and forfeiture specifications.

• Jacob K. Fiest, 30, Warren Sharon Road, Vienna, possession of a fentanyl-related compound.

• Demitris Fisher, 19, Hillsdale NW, Warren, domestic violence.

• Steven Pounds, 43, Butternut Road, Chardon, aggravated possession of drugs.

• Ronald Benden Jr., 53, Woodbine Avenue, Warren, possession of cocaine.

• Alexis Klinker, 27, Sandy Court, New Middletown, grand theft of motor vehicle and identity fraud.

• Jared B. Wilson, 48, Kenilworth, Warren, theft from a person in a protected class and forgery.

• Mark M. Morris, 41, Sharon, Pa., superseding, seven counts of endangering children.

• Cortney Dejulia, 37, First Street, Masury, superseding, seven counts of endangering children.

• Skyler Steinhelfer, 26, Wilson Sharpsville Road, Cortland, escape.

• Ethan G. Carpenter, 21, Stephens Avenue NW, Warren, escape.

• Drewcilla Blackwell, 28, North Hazelwood Avenue, Youngstown, aggravated burglary.

• Omari J. White, 26, Woodbine Avenue SE, Warren, aggravated burglary.

• Joshua A. White, 48, Tod Avenue NW, Warren, strangulation, domestic violence and endangering children, a misdemeanor.

• Domonick J. Fowler, 36, Cleveland, aggravated possession of drugs.

• Michael Edwards, 36, Wadsworth, felonious assault, abduction, disrupting public services and strangulation.

• Priscilla M. Miller, 45, Olive Street, Niles, possession of cocaine and possession of drugs.

• Jason O’Malley, 47, Linda Drive NW, Warren, obstructing justice.

• Brianna F. Daye, 30, Squirrel Hill Drive, Boardman, felonious assault.

• Aiden C. Dailey, 21, Emma Street, Girard, three counts illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material/performance, 11 counts pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor and possessing criminal tools.

• Kewuan L. Patterson, 34, Seville Drive, Canfield, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer.

• Da’Reuan J. Pennock, 23, McMyler Street NW, Warren, tampering with evidence, breaking and entering, vandalism and possessing criminal tools.

• Keith J. Holley, 35, Idylwild Street NE, Warren, felonious assault and improperly discharging firearm at/into habitation/school safety zone, both with a three-year firearm specification, two counts each of tampering with evidence, having weapons while under disability and menacing by stalking, and receiving stolen property.

• William Metlicka, 57, Wilson Avenue, Niles, domestic violence, resisting arrest, attempted assault and violating a protection order, a misdemeanor.

• Ralph R. Sarra, 68, Hightree Circle, Warren, possession of cocaine.

• Brittany R. Lewis, 37, Stewart Drive NW, Warren, unauthorized use of a vehicle.

• Bobbie L. Lees, 30, Lakeshore Street, Warren, theft.

• Donvan Norman, 20, Olive Street, Warren, failure to comply with the order/signal of a police officer, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, carrying concealed weapons, possession of a fentanyl-related compound and possession of cocaine.

• Zachary J. Albert, 32, Harding Avenue, Mineral Ridge, two counts of rape.

The following misdemeanor cases were remanded to a lower court:

• Damian L. Smith, 33, West State Street, Niles, criminal trespass.

• Heath N. Cline, 37, Miller Street SW, Warren, criminal trespass.

• Eric E. Dean, 23, Martin Luther King Boulevard, Warren, two counts assault.

• Isaiah E. Struggs, 19, Beaver Falls, Pa., menacing by stalking, violating a protection order, domestic violence and aggravated menacing.

• Angelo A. King, 24, Fairfield Avenue NE, Warren, menacing by stalking.

• Ryan Shingler, 44, Smith Court, Girard, domestic violence.

The following case will be indicted by a federal grand jury:

• Brandon Winner, 32, Kenilworth Avenue, Warren, two counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material/performance.
