WARREN – A Trumbull County grand jury indicted 37 people Wednesday including three people who were secretly indicted. Those names will be revealed after arrests are made.

Two people were indicted on misdemeanor charges and their cases were remanded to lower courts:

• Mikal Hassan James, 37, Oakland, Youngstown, domestic violence (Girard Municipal Court).

• Ranyiah Miller, 18, operating a vehicle impaired (Warren Municipal Court).

The report also contained the case of Amber Rae Mowen, 30, North Glenwood, Niles, who pleaded guilty to a bill of information charging her with possession of heroin. She is entering a special drug treatment program.

Others indicted on felony charges and scheduled to be arraigned at 1:30 p.m. Jan. 16 before Common Pleas Judge W. Wyatt McKay include:

l Eric R. Hook, 28, Southern Ohio correctional Facility at Lucasville, harassment with bodily substance.

l Phillip Deon Honzu, 33, Ogden N.W., Warren, possession of heroin and cocaine and having weapons under disability.

l Timothy Allen Grimes, 46, Elm Road, Warren, theft, theft from an elderly person and burglary.

l Michael Wayne Morris, 39, Russell Avenue, Niles, receiving stolen property and forgery.

l Daniel E. Dicks, 34, Raymond, Warren, theft and receiving stolen property.

l David Michael Leach, 44, Churchill Road, Girard, breaking and entering.

l Michael L. Blackwell, 34, Forest Street N.E., Warren, domestic violence.

l Steven Thomas Jr., 18, South Feederle, Warren, two counts aggravated robbery with firearm specification.

l Allen J. Collet, 36, South Hubbard Road, Lowellville, robbery, petty theft and possession of criminal tools.
