YOUNGSTOWN – A Mahoning County Common Pleas Court grand jury indicted 42 people Thursday.

Among the indictments are three secret indictments. The identities of those people will be revealed when they are arrested.

Also indicted for murder, felonious assault, endangering children, intimidation and manslaughter were 43-year-old Zaryl Bush and Shain Widdersham, 32, both of Creed Street in Struthers, for the death of Widdersham’s 14-year-old son Teddy A. Foltz in January.

Bush is accused of murdering and intimidating Foltz and Widdersham’s other two children, and she is accused of allowing the abuse to happen.

Those indicted will be arraigned later this month before Judge Lou D’Apolito.

Jennifer James, 22, Fairground Boulevard, Canfield, falsification.

Michael Odiam, 41, Clearmount Avenue, Youngstown, assault.

David DeAngelo Oliver, 20, Erie Street, Youngstown; Devon Maurice Talley Jr., 22, Falls Avenue, Youngstown; and Shawn Antonio Walker, 19, Erie Street, Youngstown, burglary, two counts of burglary and breaking and entering.

Reshaud M. Biggs, aka Pooty, 26, East Florida Avenue, Youngstown, two counts trafficking in cocaine, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of crack cocaine with a forfeiture specification.

Tera E. Guy, 22, South Raccoon Road, Austintown, burglary.

Tierra Hornbuckle, 21, Compass West, Austintown; Tiffany Lewis, direct presentment, 24, Westchester Drive, Austintown; Keniceia Tierra Miller, 20, Robinson Road, Campbell; and Ashley Ross, Westchester Drive, Austintown, three counts passing bad checks, three counts forgery, theft, theft and attempted theft.

Lunetta Tainatongo, 42, Tanglewood Drive, Boardman, receiving stolen property.

Anthony Girardi, 27, Amberly Drive, Austintown, burglary.

Jennifer Velma Kozic, 35, East Calla Road, New Middletown and Anthony Direnzo, 45, Overlook Drive, Youngstown, breaking and entering, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer and theft.

Christopher Huber, 29, Silica Road, North Jackson, felonious assault.

Kawon North, 24, Lakewood Avenue, Youngstown, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.

James Stevenson, 53, Detroit Avenue, Youngstown, possession of cocaine.

Anthony Averette, 51, Mercer Street, Youngstown, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Dustin Hennings, 31, Quinn Street, Youngstown, having weapons while under disability, two counts of violating a protection order, menacing by stalking and carrying a concealed weapon.
