After being dormant for 200-plus days, Insight Health System’s Warren hospital has been reopened.

The announcement was made Tuesday morning.

“Insight Hospital & Medical Center Trumbull is now officially open, providing 24/7 emergency care along with inpatient and outpatient services. We are grateful for the continued partnership of our community, staff, nurses, doctors, and leaders at every level of government as we reopen,” an Insight spokesperson wrote in a news release.

Michigan-based Insight paused its Trumbull County operations, including Insight Rehabilitation Hospital Hillside, in late March. That came seven months after it obtained the properties from Steward Health System in U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
