WARREN — Police are combing through a wooded area off Risher Road in southwest Warren, where a body was found this evening.

A half dozen city police cruisers are parked on Risher Road between Martin Luther King Boulevard and Pershing Avenue SW, near the Warren Township border. The street has been roped off.

Police are not commenting yet on the investigation, nor have the identified the body.

According to dispatch logs, someone reported finding a body in the grass about 7:20 p.m.
