FLAG RETIREMENT: The community is invited to participate in a retirement ceremony to properly dispose of distressed American flags at noon Saturday at Newton Falls City Park, 410 S. Center St. The flag retirement will take place in the parking lot between the T-ball field and field 4.

COMMUNITY SAFETY: The Freedom Block will present “What if Community Safety started with us?” noon to 3 p.m. May 31 at Grace AME Church, 1137 Main Ave. SW, Warren. Discussion will be on what the

community needs to define what safety means.

RUMMAGE SALE: Grace Methodist Church, 1725 Drexel Ave. NW, Warren, will hold a rummage sale and bake sale 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. today and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. A separate room will feature antiques and collectibles.
