• BROOKFIELD TOWNSHIP TRUSTEES will have a special meeting at 1 p.m. today at the township administration building on cybersecurity with an executive session.

• MATHEWS BOARD OF EDUCATION will have a special meeting at 6 p.m. today at the high school for an executive session on conjuring employment of a public employee. No action will be taken.

• TRUMBULL COUNTY COMMISSIONERS will meet at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the county commissioners meeting room for the regular meeting.

• HOWLAND TOWNSHIP TRUSTEES will hold a special meeting at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the township administration building hosting state Representatives Nick Santucci and David Thomas, along with Trumbull County commissioners, to continue discussions regarding property tax impacts and homestead and occupancy rollbacks.

• NEWTON FALLS COUNCIL will have a special meeting at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the village administration building for an executive session to discuss the purchase or sale of property for public purposes.
