Streitferdt, 38, of Morrell Ray Road in Bristolville, and Charles T. Colwell, 46, of 6581 Ridge Road in Johnston Township. HOWLAND — One person suffered non-life-threatening injuries in a 1:18 a.m. single-vehicle crash at the East Market Street and state Route 82 split on Wednesday. The crash occurred on East Market Street under the state Route 82 overpass. The person was transported to the hospital.
