GIRARD -- Frances D. Messuri, 99, died Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at Elmwood Assisted Living in Hubbard.
She was born Feb. 21, 1927, in Girard, a daughter of Frank and Frances Shirock Ambrose.
She was a member of St. Rose Church.
She was employed as an administrative secretary at Girard High School and was a substitute teacher at St. Rose School. She also worked at Girard Sparkle Market.
Survivors include her sons, Frank J. Messuri of Girard and Anthony D. Messuri of Liberty Township; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Peter J. Messuri, and one sister.
Calling hours will be 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at Blackstone Funeral Home.
Services will be 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Rose Church.
Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
