Local bank stocks mixed on Thursday
After holding steady Wednesday following a 40-cent drop Tuesday, Cortland Bancorp lost another 40 cents in trading Thursday to close at $21.20 per share. First Niles Financial held steady for the second day in a row to close at $9.70 per share.
