Commissioners to blame for Carnegie’s deterioration
DEAR EDITOR:
If the Trumbull County Health Department is concerned about how the Trumbull County commissioners will maintain the Cortland 911 facility / building should they acquire it, one need only look at the front of the former Carnegie Public Library building, which now houses the Trumbull County Law Library.
The commissioners should be ashamed of themselves for the intentional neglect of one of Trumbull County’s historic buildings.
